I already heard in news about 12 yr. old girl killed herself but I wasn't able to heard the whole story because my old uncle changed the channel to UFC Channel. I did not put it mind.. But as I am blog hopping, I saw a blog about the same story I heard on television. So I browse the Inquirer News maybe that story is published there. And there I saw it. It is said that the girl hanged herself inside a makeshift house the day his father told her that he couldn't give her the money she wants for her school project. This girl named Mariannet Amper, a grade 6 pupil of Maa Central Elementary School. I could not imagine Mariannet hanged herslef with a thin nylon rope because of poverty. Before she died, she has a letter unsent to "Wish Ko Lang" saying, she wants to have a pair of shoes, new bag and a job for her parents because her father is only in and out of his job from construction and her mother only have a laundry job. She also added that she want to have a new bicycle and that she wants to finish her education. The "Wish Ko Lang" unsent letter was written when she was still 11 years of age. I was really crying when I read this part of the story. Her father tried her best to get a cash advance money from his work for about P1,000 but it's too late because Mariannet was already dead. Mariannet is really a great kid because when she was still alive, she is really willing to go to school just to finish her education. If only she had money, I think Mariannet will really have a good future because she has an ambition.

You can really see how they had a difficult life and I do understand that because most of us are experiencing difficulties in life especially financial problems. But I can say, some of us are still lucky to have a comfortable life and not experiencing life like Mariannet have. We can't blame this child why she did that. Maybe she just can't take it anymore. Giving up her life because of financial problems that her education and ambition were destroyed.
